III Rooms Sydney | A Unique Apartment Collaboration with Renowned Australian Design Houses

III Rooms Sydney might just be the most unique accommodation featured on Style Sourcebook. Located in the iconic Potts Point, in the heart of Sydney, three renowned Australian furniture and homeware design houses collaborated to create the unparalleled accommodation that is, III Rooms Sydney. McMullin & Co, Sarah Ellison, and MCM House have each curated an apartment to create an ultra-chic space that reflects the iconic style and vision of the design houses.

Come with us as we take a tour of the apartments and explore the exclusive details that define III Rooms Sydney.

The concept of III Rooms Sydney was to combine the chicness of European apartment living with Australian design and lifestyle. Engaging in three respected, yet individually regarded design houses enabled the apartments to fully encompass elements from both sides. Exuding personality, each space carries divine warmth and visual interest.

Starting from the exterior III Rooms Sydney sits within a heritage building that boasts architectural character which feels harmonious with the celebrated Art Deco style found around Potts Point.

The apartments can only be described as a luxurious haven with no detail overlooked. From high ceilings to original artworks and thoughtful amenities (bespoke ST. ALi coffee and Leif Botanical, anyone?), III Rooms Sydney truly is a designer experience.

McMullin & Co

Welcome to the McMullin & Co apartment. This elegant space features an edit of the brand's most iconic pieces from collections past and present. We’re sure you’re familiar with McMullin & Co and their focus on balancing modern simplicity and uncompromising detail through their collections. This principle is completely evident in the simple, considered, and sustainable design illustrated within this apartment. It feels cohesive and calm, welcoming and warm. It’s sophisticated, yet liveable, combining the best of both worlds.

Milky ivory hues blend with a palette of warm, organic neutrals that flow with the curves of the space to create an apartment full of life and texture. It really is a masterpiece.

Sarah Ellison

Taking a turn into a more mature, yet equally sublime, is the apartment curated by Sarah Ellison. The space is calm and modern, with an atmosphere that immediately works to ground its visitors. The aim was to create an apartment where guests could relax and immerse themselves amongst texture and natural hues. Overlooking the iconic Macleay Street, the apartment is unmistakably the work of Sarah Ellison. Her unique concepts, fresh shapes, and luxe finishes all blend together to establish a space that feels intriguing, yet tranquil.
