The Berry View is a boutique accommodation that looks as if it only exists in an aesthetic movie. But, lucky for us, it’s very real and located in the picturesque town of Berry, New South Wales. This stylish renovated hotel takes inspiration from iconic interior design styles and locations to bring you the most amazing experience. Think sun-drenched tones, hints of nostalgia and a world of luxury.

Come with us to tour Berry View, and discover why this unique hotel is a destination in itself.

The original motel was once a cosy space for families, friends and couples to spend their holidays, but it was in need of a little love. Wanting to keep that nostalgic charm, while adding modern functionalities, Berry View was created. Having recently completed stage two of its renovation, Berry View now features 18 new luxury suites and a serene infinity pool.

The surroundings of the hotel are lush and vibrant, much like the striking orange palette found on the exterior of the accommodation, particularly poolside. This space is awe-inspiring and feels as though you’ve been transported to the Mediterranean coastline of Amalfi. Everything from the bright orange umbrellas and chairs to the terracotta floor tiles and minimalist curves works in cohesions to create a refreshing space reminiscent of a European holiday.

As incredible as the pool area is, it’s really only the start of the aesthetic beauty of Berry View. Moving inside, the interiors of the suites are the embodiment of laidback luxury. The warm, neutral colour palette creates an inviting atmosphere, as the soft curves continue throughout each space. We also love how the décor is on the bolder side through form and patterns, but it doesn’t take from the room, rather it adds to the personalised feel.

The interiors are really where the Palm Springs style comes into play. The colours are more earthy-toned and muted in comparison to the pool area, and they feature details that would often be found in the iconic desert area. The furniture selections reflect a mid-century modern influence, with clean lines and organic forms, while the wooden elements add a touch of natural warmth, enhancing the retro yet timeless aesthetic.

And true to Palm Springs style, there's an evident connection between indoors and outdoors. The large, flowing curtains and the presence of greenery inside the rooms reflect the style’s emphasis on blending indoor and outdoor living, making the space feel more open and integrated with the stunning Berry surrounds.

It really is the combination of the vibrant, sun-drenched aesthetic of the Mediterranean influences with the earthy, Palm Springs elements that creates this unique accommodation. The connection of colours, materials, forms, and textures works together to establish a space that is perfect for both leisure and luxury.
