1 GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Party
a) The Promoter is Style Sourcebook Pty Ltd ABN 79 611 753 425 (Promoter).
1.2 Giveaway Name & Dates
a) The giveaway is called “Décor + Design Giveaway” (Giveaway).
b) The Giveaway runs from 9:00am AEST on Wednesday 17 July 2024 until 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 24 July 2024 (Giveaway Period).
c) The Giveaway winner will be announced on Friday 26 July 2024 (Award Date).
1.3 Prize
a) The prize is: Curvee Occasional Chair, Cream Boucle by L3 Home, Luca® Linen Outdoor Cushion – Pistachio 40x50cm, Lulu Linen Cushion - Natural 60cm round and Bedouin Linen Cushion – Ivory 40x60cm by Eadie Lifestyle, Travis Toronto Side Table, Mies Vase and Eloise Vase by Elme Living, Aiguablava console by Kave Home (depending on winner's location, a Kave Home voucher equal to $892 may be provided instead), Serenade Arlo White Rug by Rug Culture (winners preferred size of either 230x160cm, 290x200cm or 330x240cm), Salted Caramel Canvas Art Print 22.5x30cm by Urban Road (Prize).
b) The Prize will be awarded to one individual participant who successfully enters the Giveaway in accordance with clause 1.4.
c) The Prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale.
1.4 Entry & Conditions
a) Entry is open to any Australian resident over 18 years old excluding any staff members of the Promoter or Brands Involved (Eligible Person).
b) An Eligible Person may enter the giveaway by:
i Liking the Instagram giveaway post on @stylesourcebook via their Instagram account
ii Tagging one or more Instagram accounts in the comments of the Instagram giveaway post via their Instagram account
iii Following via their Instagram account each of the following Instagram accounts @stylesourcebook @l3_home @eadie_lifestyle @elmeliving @kavehome_au @rug_culture @urbanroad_au
c) An Eligible Person may enter the Giveaway more than once by submitting multiple comments in accordance with ii above.
d) It is the exclusive responsibility of the Eligible Person to ensure that they have satisfied the entry conditions.
e) For the avoidance of doubt, no entry fee will apply to enter the Giveaway.
1.5 Selection of Winner
a) By the end of the Award Date, a random generator will select the winner.
b) The winner will be announced on the Giveaway page of the Promoter’s website and on the social media account of the Promoter.
c) The winner will be notified by a direct message from @stylesourcebook Instagram account via their Instagram account that was used to enter the giveaway and will be requested to confirm their acceptance of the Prize and provide relevant contact information.
d) If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the Prize within 14 days of the notification under paragraph (c) above, then the Prize will be forfeited and Promoter may award the Prize to another entrant in their absolute discretion.
1.6 Delivery
a) The winner will be required to confirm their email and delivery address for the Prize to be sent to.
b) Where requested, the Promoter reserves the right to request winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
c) The Prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated delivery address as provided and the winner notified of such once the Prize has been sent.
d) It is the winner’s exclusive responsibility to ensure that the delivery details provided are complete and correct, and the Promoter takes no responsibility in the event the Prize is not received due to inaccurate details being provided, or any other issues with delivery process outside of its control that may occur.
2 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
2.1 By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Giveaway Terms and Conditions.
2.2 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify the giveaway and/or these Giveaway Terms and Conditions. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon publishing on the Promoter’s website.
3 PRIVACY
3.1 Any personal information contained in your entry is protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is also available on this website. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for these purposes. You can contact our Privacy Officer if you would like details of the personal information that the Promoter may hold about you or if you would like it to be corrected. 4 INTERNET
4.1 If for any reason the Giveaway does not run for its duration of the Giveaway Period due to a computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter is not responsible for any:
a) Malfunction, delay or traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website;
b) Failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter; nor
c) Any injury or damage to entrants or any other person related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway or down loading any materials in a Giveaway.
5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 The Promoter makes no representation5 s or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as Prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
5.2 This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
6 GOVERNING LAW
6.1 This obligations of the parties under this document are legally binding and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
