How to Sign up
Start by clicking sign up on the homepage. If you are a renovator or interior design enthusiast, you can sign up under a personal user account. Or, if you are a design professional, select designer as your account option. Under username, add in your desired username, and then your first name or business name for designers.
After you have filled that in, click on the next button and add in your email and password. Then click create. You will then be instructed to activate your account via a code. Once that's done, your account is all ready to use.
How to Fill in Profile
Now that your account is all set up, it's time to fill in your profile. For a designer account this is particularly important to do as it showcases your design business, but for a personal user it's still great to fill this in too. Start by heading to my account and then selecting edit profile.
Firstly, add in your logo or desired profile photo here, and then for the cover photo add in your desired landscape image. As for all the other information in your profile, add in your display name, first and last name, biography and social link URLs. Other sections to fill in include your address, postcode, phone number and contact email. For a designer account, you will also have the option to add in your specialty areas, company name and website. Once you've finished filling out your profile, click save.
Under your settings, you also have a few other tabs. The account tab shows your email address that is attached to your account. The privacy tab is where you can select which privacy setting you prefer for your mood boards (this is either public or profile only). And finally, the password button allows you to change your password if needed. To get back to your main profile, click on your name in the top right hand corner and then select ‘My Account’.
